These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of repairyachts.com (the “Site”), operated by RepairYachts (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

Use of the Site

The Site is a directory of marine service providers (boat repair shops, marinas, and boatyards) in the United States. We provide information for general reference and convenience. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site at scale;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its underlying systems;
• interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by transmitting malware or excessive traffic;
• misrepresent affiliation with a business in order to claim or edit its listing;
• use the Site to harass, defame, or otherwise harm any business or individual.

Listing accuracy

Listings are sourced primarily from public data, including OpenStreetMap contributors. We strive for accuracy but make no guarantees that any information is current, complete, or correct. The Site is provided on an “as is” basis. Always verify business hours, services, and contact information directly with the provider before relying on them.

Listing claims

If you claim a listing as the owner of a business, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of that business and that all information you submit is accurate. We may verify ownership before granting access. We reserve the right to reject or revoke any claim at our discretion.

User-submitted content

If and when we offer the ability to submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with the Site. You are responsible for content you submit, and you represent that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe any rights of any third party. We may remove any content at our sole discretion.

Third-party links

The Site contains links to third-party websites and embeds third-party content (such as Google Maps). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

Advertising

The Site may display advertising provided by third parties such as Google AdSense. Sponsored listings, where present, are clearly labeled. The presence of an advertisement does not constitute an endorsement.

Intellectual property

The Site’s name, logo, design, and original content are the property of RepairYachts. Listing data sourced from OpenStreetMap is made available under the Open Database License (ODbL). You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Site without permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPAIRYACHTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
